3D Viable Systems Model

Project with a leading European management consultancy based in Switzerland. Led the project to visualise a unique animated 3D version of management cybernetics theoretical model, used heavily in their consultancy process with blue-chip clients. Absorbed academic literature and liaised with client to incorporate thier consultancy approach. Produced detailed storyboards and visual direction to 3D programmers.

Defined strategy for second phase exploratory version to tie in with future business objectives and current technologies, effectively drawing together currently disparate aspects of the business.
